Can I buy online right now?
You can browse, save pieces and create a basket. Online payments are not yet available. Send Renata an enquiry to confirm availability, delivery and the final total; a basket or enquiry is not an order.
Can I request a bespoke piece?
Yes. Renata creates personal work around birthstones, particular colours and feather types. Share your idea on the bespoke page so the design, materials, price and timing can be discussed.
What sizes are the dream catchers?
Sizes vary from small pieces to large statement artworks. Product pages show measurements where they are available. If a measurement is not listed, contact Renata before deciding.
Can I choose a candle fragrance?
Where a candle has fragrance options, you can select an available scent on its product page. Sold-out scents are shown but cannot be added to the basket. Other candles have a fixed scent or need confirmation with Renata.
Is a sold piece still available?
A sold original cannot be added to the basket. You can ask about a new bespoke work inspired by it; a commission will have its own design, price and lead time.
How much is delivery?
The delivery method, cost and estimated timing will be confirmed by Renata before an order is agreed. Bespoke pieces may require different packaging and lead times.
How do I look after my piece?
Keep decorative feather and stone artworks dry, handle them gently and use a soft dry brush for light dust. Check the care page and ask Renata about any material-specific guidance.
