Caring for your piece
A little care helps you enjoy your handmade artwork. Check any instructions supplied with your individual piece.
Feathers, weaving and natural stones
Handle your artwork gently and support it by its main frame or handle. Display it in a dry place, away from strong direct sunlight, water and sources of heat. Natural materials can vary in colour and texture.
Remove light dust with a soft, dry brush. Avoid soaking, cleaning sprays or polishing chemicals. Ask Renata for guidance about your particular materials before attempting a more thorough clean.
Hanging a dream catcher
Use a suitable fixing for the artwork’s size and weight, and check that it is secure. Keep hanging cords, small beads, stones and feather artworks out of reach of young children and pets. These are decorative artworks, not toys.
Scented candles
Follow the safety label supplied with your candle. Keep a lit candle on a stable, heat-resistant surface, away from flammable objects, draughts, children and pets. Never leave it unattended. Allow the vessel to cool before moving it. Confirm any specific burning instructions with Renata.
