Who you contract with

WeDigitlize is a trading brand of WEDIGITLIZE LTD, registered in England and Wales (company number 17465598). Registered office: Crown House, North Circular Road, London, England, NW10 7PN. For projects purchased directly from this website, WEDIGITLIZE LTD is the contracting company and issuer of invoices.

Enquiries, estimates and direct purchases

Prices shown as “from” are the published starting prices for the defined base scope. Enquiries and uncompleted checkout requests are not paid orders. If you complete a Stripe payment for a published fixed-price service, you have placed an order for that base service at the amount displayed during checkout. We will ask you to approve a detailed project brief, delivery timetable and any separate extras in writing before beginning work. We do not charge for custom additions without your approval.

Cancellation and refunds for online purchases

Contact info@wedigitlize.com with your order reference to cancel or discuss a refund. If the base service cannot be agreed and no work has started, we will refund the purchase in full. You may also cancel an order for a service before work has begun and request a full refund. Consumers may additionally have a statutory 14-day cancellation right for distance service contracts; nothing here removes your statutory rights. We will not start performing a consumer service during an applicable cancellation period unless you expressly ask us to do so and acknowledge the relevant consequences. If work has started at your express request, consumer law may permit a proportionate charge for work already provided. Refunds are processed through Stripe to the original payment method where possible; bank processing times vary.

What the quote covers

The quote defines deliverables, revision rounds, responsibilities, integrations and handover. Hosting, domains, paid software, advertising spend and app store fees are agreed separately. Any applicable tax is confirmed in the quote.

Content and access

Clients provide authorised content, business information and agreed account access. Timelines depend on receiving required materials and feedback. Rights to supplied assets and ownership of agreed deliverables are addressed in the project agreement.

Changes and support

Additional pages, features, integrations or revisions can change cost and timing. Ongoing care has a defined scope and allowance. New development is quoted separately.

Results and third parties

Search rankings, sales, advertising outcomes and third-party approval are not guaranteed. External tools and services have their own terms and availability.
